You will be part of a team of pharmacists, actuaries, data engineers and client engagement managers, bringing strong industry knowledge and serving as a trusted business partner to internal partners and Brown & Brown customers. The Brown & Brown/Risk Strategies National Pharmacy Team (NPT) is a team of 200+ teammates from across Brown & Brown, including pharmacists, client service representatives, actuaries, analysts, data engineers, developers, care team coordinators and more. The NPT brought together pharmacy specialist resources from many businesses across Brown & Brown organizing our teammates into three distinct teams: Pharmacy Consulting and Analytics Auditing PillarRx Copay Maximization. Brown & Brown is looking for a full-time Financial Analytics Manager to join their growing team. Brown & Brown is already an industry leader in prescription drug benefit savings and analytics. You will join a talented team of pharmacists, actuaries, data engineers and experienced pharmacy benefit client engagement managers. You will bring strong industry knowledge and will serve as a trusted business partner to your internal partners and Brown & Brown customers. A successful candidate is a team player who is creative, organized, detailed oriented, proactive and has strong experience in working in pharmacy benefit analytics.
The Financial Analytics Manager will work on all aspects of financial product and service delivery including RFP/procurement projects, renewals, market-check analysis, and financial analytics & reporting.
Pay Range $100,000 - $130,000 Annual. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
