Launch your career in finance and Workday technology with a paid, full-time apprenticeship — no prior Workday experience required!

The Horizons Program is a paid apprenticeship designed to equip early-career professionals and transitioning professionals with the skills to excel in Workday Financials. We start with 12 weeks of remote training focused on:

• Fundamentals of finance/financial management
• Business analysis & reporting
• Internal consulting & communication skills

After training, you will be placed with a client to apply your skills in real-world projects, with the potential for full-time employment.

Requirements:

• Based in the continental U.S. (excluding NY, WA, and CA)
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a relevant field
• Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits, credits, balance sheets, etc.) is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Salary & Benefits:

• $45K during training period → $60K upon potential client placement
• Workday training & certifications (all costs covered)
