What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare reporting and analysis of financial data for Roofing, WTI, and WTC businesses
• Assist in developing the annual budget for Roofing, WTI, and WTC businesses
• Prepare monthly commission accruals and conduct audits on commission reporting
• Create and maintain Power BI reports for sales and profitability reporting
• Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects to support the business

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred, with knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Proficient in SAP ERP system and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CPA license is a plus
• Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions
