About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance for NDBS US and play a pivotal part in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities within the organization. Your primary focus will be on managing and analyzing revenues and costs associated with managed services, software commissions earned by NDBS, and sales commission expense tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial modeling, subscription revenue analysis, and experience with commission systems such as Xactly Incent. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Experience in consulting, SaaS, or services industry preferred
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), or similar
• Experience with commission tracking and reporting; familiarity with Xactly Incent strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of subscription revenue models and managed services cost structures
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to present insights effectively to leadership teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to monitor managed services revenues and associated costs
• Develop revenue waterfall models forecasting 5 to 7 years into the future to support strategic planning
• Partner with business leaders to forecast revenues, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for margin improvement
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance
• Monitor key performance indicators such as subscription renewals, churn rates, and service delivery costs
• Support the administration, tracking, and reporting of sales commissions, ensuring accuracy in calculations and payouts
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance Leadership to align commission plans with overall financial reporting
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with actionable insights to senior management
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities to facilitate strategic growth
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support pricing strategies, new service offerings, and investment decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities for financial and commission reporting
• Interface with IT teams to develop and maintain financial dashboards using SAC or similar tools
• Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and communication
