Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for an onsite role in Saint Paul, MN. The candidate will perform financial analysis and business partnering, translating results into actionable recommendations for Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

The role requires ERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills, with 5+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, and the position is full-time with 100%

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in supporting monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial results into actionable recommendations for Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to support monthly close, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel to drive cost optimization and profitability insights.

Pay Range: $54/hr to $58/hr on W2
