Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Network Optimization Finance team. You will partner with Finance Managers, Directors of Network Optimization, and field teams to support a capital spend program of over $1B annually.

You will develop financial models, manage CAPEX reporting, and provide executive-level analyses to drive strategic decisions across global operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a Workday ERP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience developing reports and/or processes in a Workday ERP environment.
  • Financial modeling experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) for problem solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the org, including with C-Suite/Executives.
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, collaborative environment with flexibility and bias for action.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority on cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to outstanding internal and external customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the global finance contact for capex growth; provide timely spend data, forecasting, and project performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain project models to evaluate capital project value and ROI.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Global CAPEX spend, EBITDA and revenue variances.
  • Collaborate with local finance teams to deploy capital across regions.
  • Prepare executive-level financial deliverables for leadership.

Ideal candidates possess in-depth experience in finance, accounting or logistics combined with strong technical skills, a drive for financial process improvement and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will partner closely with the Finance Managers, Directors of Network Optimization, Field Finance teams, Engineering, and Operations as well as our global finance partners to support a capital spend program of over $1B annually. As the Finance Manager for this critical business function, you will need to be highly effective at facilitating and leading cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships with functional and operating leaders at all levels.
