We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter and enthusiastic can-do individual who has a passion for detail and quality. You will be the finance partner who supports the promotional and marketing spending across all divisions and manage total company pricing. In cooperation with our sales and marketing teams, you will lead the charge to analyze, create reports, prepare reconciliations, and ensure consistent spending across our channels and customers.

SUCCESS FACTORS (FIRST 12-18 MONTHS)
- Monthly Reporting Guru: You will be dedicated to reporting meaningful financial data to our the sales and marketing teams which then drives their business decisions. You will create dynamic monthly reporting packages which support the sales and marketing teams. As business needs shift, you’ve assisted with ad-hoc projects during the month-end and forecast.
- Pricing Master: You manage our total company price list in Oracle and partner with sales and customer service to coordinate implementation of scheduled price changes by channel and customer. .
- Promotional spend: You effectively analyze the spend rates by customer, versus plan and previous year, to determine profitability and the return on our investment. As a result, you understand promotional trends by customer and effectively share results on promotional activity with stakeholders.
- Departmental Expense Reports: Expenses and accruals are properly accounted for during the month-end process. Working with our accounting team, you interpret, analyze and share monthly expense reports results to budget owners.
- Profit & Loss: You’ve prepared and analyzed monthly profit and loss statements for various reporting packages. You provide essential support to our marketing and sales departments with customer profit & loss data and other business drivers.
- Physical Inventory: You’ve proven yourself as a key partner with our operations team during the mid-year and year-end physical inventory audits.
- Fun in the Everyday: You find ways to make the work feel good – celebrating small wins, sharing good vibes, and keeping things upbeat.
What You’ll Bring:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a professional setting, preferably in CPG industry
- Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Experience using large ERP systems (I.E. Oracle)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including excel functions (I.E. pivot tables, vlookups)
