About The Role

The Financial Analyst Rotational Program is designed to help recent graduates launch their careers in finance through meaningful, hands‑on experience. Over three years, you’ll complete three 12‑month rotations across a variety of finance functions. Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you’ll contribute to projects and assignments that develop your skills in financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business decision support.

Throughout the program, you’ll also have access to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. By experiencing different areas of finance, you’ll build a broad understanding of the function and develop a strong foundation for continued career growth.
