Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• MBA is desirable.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop 5-year and long-term revenue forecasts and scenarios for the utility to support financial plans and regulatory decisions.
• Collaborate with finance/accounting to streamline monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis.
• Provide rate and revenue analysis to inform new revenue growth strategies and identify risks/opportunities.
• Analyze rate and revenue drivers to explain forecast variances and trends.
• Perform weather normalization processes and improve weather normalization models for financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Communicate revenue forecasts to executive leadership ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and develop new process changes with minimal supervision.
