A premier commercial real estate organization in Downtown Fort Worth is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join its growing team. This Fort Worth-based role focuses on financial modeling, lease analysis, and market intelligence to drive asset performance.

You will collaborate with leasing teams, ownership, and brokers to shape portfolio strategy and guide negotiations. This position offers exposure to development initiatives and significant growth opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, asset management, financial analysis, brokerage, or related fields.
• Understanding of commercial lease structures, negotiations, and real estate terminology.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with CoStar or other commercial real estate platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to evaluate new leases, renewals, and asset performance.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for ownership and key decision makers.
• Analyze lease economics, concessions, rental rates, and deal structures.
• Support office and retail leasing initiatives by identifying prospective tenants and cultivating broker relationships.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.
• Perform market research and maintain knowledge of competing properties throughout the Fort Worth market.
• Coordinate with internal teams on lease modifications, tenant matters, billing requests, and operational initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor occupancy trends, rental rates, leasing activity, and other key asset performance indicators.
• Assist with lease negotiations and provide recommendations to ownership.
• Participate in special projects related to asset management, development opportunities, and portfolio strategy
