Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operational leaders with planning, variance analysis, and performance insights. You will build models, consolidate inputs, and prepare narratives for leadership reviews, while partnering with Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting.

The role focuses on cost controllership, ROI, and end-to-end financial insight for NACF, with opportunities to automate planning workflows and adopt AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance experience.
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
• 2+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or analytical field.
• Knowledge of Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience in budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support NACF planning cycles (OP1, OP2, QxG, 3YF) and consolidate inputs.
• Build and maintain planning models and trackers; pull data and cross-check accuracy.
• Draft variance narratives and planning inputs under deadline pressure.
• Prepare backup analysis for planning reviews and leadership walkthroughs.
• Translate planning data into clear formats and short narratives for non-finance partners.
• Collaborate with Field Finance, E2E FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align views across teams.
• Identify data discrepancies and investigate root causes; document gaps.
• Contribute to modernization by participating in automation projects and process docs.
