Job Title: Partner Services Analyst

Dominium, a leading affordable housing development and management company, is seeking a motivated Partner Services Analyst to join our team. One location available in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Dallas, or Phoenix.

Position Summary

The Partner Services Analyst collaborates with Owners and Project partners to achieve financial goals, reviews real estate partnership investment cash flow models, analyzes non-real estate investments, prepares financial statements, and assists with estate planning for owners, including trusts, partnership interests, and gifts.

Essential Functions

• Build and maintain relationships with Owners and Project Partners to provide financial planning services.
• Manage external engagements for accounting, legal, banking, and insurance services.
• Incorporate real estate partnership investments into financial plans.
• Analyze cash flows, returns, and diversification of non-real estate investments.
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis, presenting findings professionally to stakeholders.
• Assist with estate planning modeling and presentation.
• Review legal partnership documents and model financial provisions.
• Support the Corporate Services department in daily activities and organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and file management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional mathematical and analytical reasoning abilities.
• Highly organized and task-oriented.
