John Deere Des Moines Works in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Financial Analyst - New Product. You will work onsite to develop cost estimates, perform financial analysis, and track costs across product programs, interacting with cross-functional teams to influence budgeting decisions.

Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst - New Product for John Deere Des Moines Works located in Des Moines, IA, you will:

The preferred location for this position is onsite in Des Moines, IA. At the discretion of the hiring manager, the role may also be based at a John Deere facility in the Quad City area (IA/IL) or Waterloo, IA. For locations outside of Des Moines, regular travel to Des Moines is required. During the initial onboarding and training period, an increased onsite presence in Des Moines will be expected.

• Work with cross-functional Product Line Management Teams to develop cost and investment estimates for new product programs.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare AFEs for new product programs.
• Work with teams throughout program life to track product cost and investment spending to aid in the management of program goals.

What Skills You Need
