You will work with Finance, Accounting, Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts and Operations to provide actionable insights and drive performance with strong financial modeling and data analysis.

Kearfott Corporation is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Black Mountain, NC. As the Financial Analyst, you will support our manufacturing plants in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations on a daily basis through frequent in-person collaboration and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights that drive organizational performance.
