Job summary

Watts is seeking a Financial Analyst Intern to join the Platform Finance Team in Andover, MA. You will support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, turning data into insights while learning how STRAP and AOP processes drive business decisions.

This hybrid internship blends in-office collaboration three days a week with remote work two days, offers exposure to cross-functional projects, and emphasizes integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current student (rising junior or senior status).

Scope of Position

This detail-oriented individual, as part of the Platform Finance Team, will be responsible for supporting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including preparing and improving templates for the STRAP and AOP processes. The Financial Analyst Intern will help transform financial data into actionable insights and recommend process improvements that support strategic decisions and business outcomes. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis – Americas. This role is hybrid and is based in N Andover, MA

• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, or spreadsheet templates.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in transforming data into actionable insights.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the [insert office] location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Pay Range

The expected hourly range for this position is $21-27 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
