Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Analyst to support the Global Service Organization with maintenance, analysis and reporting of service KPIs and operational data. The role also assists quarterly forecasts and business case development.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Finance/Business/Economics and 2–5 years as a financial or business analyst, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Local candidates preferred for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics.
• 2–5 years of experience in a financial or business analyst role.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and IF/IFERROR.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Experience with relational databases and reporting tools.

• Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operation's KPIs and scorecard.
• Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, and business case development.

Job description

This is an onsite position. Local candidates only.
4-6 years of experience.
The Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Service Organization through maintenance, analysis and reporting of service operational data and KPIs. The analyst is also responsible for supporting quarterly financial forecasts, modeling, and business case development
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics
2. 2-5 years experience in a financial or business analyst role
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including creating/maintaining Pivot Tables and formula writing (ie XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and ability to write conditional IF or IFERROR statements)
4. High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
5. Experience with relational database and reporting tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor and coordinate activities to support operational performance management (e.g. reliability, service level, productivity, etc.). Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs).Perform analysis of the operation's cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations
2. Prepare and analyze detailed standard and non-standard reports. Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use
3. Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other financial and operational analysis (e.g., operational effectiveness, budget, resource, workload, workforce and capacity utilization, competitor, etc.).
