Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist with design of financial forecasting spreadsheets, budget preparation, and variance reports for OAA and programs.
Track and reconcile quarterly payments for OAA and Academic Programs.
Review and approve financial purchases via FIN360 or University Card Solutions.
Support live instructional worksheet process with trainings and updates.
Gather quarterly per-click reports for Period 3 and 4 sites for Office of Medical Education.
Assist in processing approvals for new clinical operating agreements and renewals.
Field inquiries from vendors, departments, students, and others and resolve issues.
Assist in entering data into Panthersoft during peak budget season.
Support financial aspects of special projects for OAA and academic programs.
Conduct system trainings for FIN360 and other processes upon request.
