Job summary

The Financial Analyst II is the key financial resource for Baylor Scott & White Health. Provides financial analysis to help the goals of BSWH and supports decision making across departments.

You will prepare operating and capital budgets for assigned areas, build 5-year forecasts, and justify findings for potential capital projects.

The role includes producing management reports, conducting variance analyses, and sharing insights with executives to drive cost efficiency and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial analysis to administrators and department directors.
• Prepares operating and capital budgets for assigned areas.
• Prepares the 5-year operating forecast with payer mix and capital considerations.
• Reviews variances and presents findings to management.
