Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for savings plans, seeks a finance analyst to prepare monthly financial analysis and support budgeting and profitability studies. You will contribute to board package reports and full-year expense forecasts, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 1+ year of experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required; masters/CPA preferred.
1+ years accounting/finance work experience.
Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access skills; meet deadlines.
Ability to balance multiple projects and work independently or in a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare recurring monthly financial analysis and reporting.
Compile and report annual budget and profitability studies for business segments.
Conduct financial modeling and analysis as required.
Prepare full-year expense forecasts for various departments.
Assist with board package reports for the operating budget.
Protect and securely handle confidential data.
