Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience as an accountant or similar role required.
• 2-4 years of previous financial analysis and budgeting experience preferably in a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across the organization for financial analysis and operational improvements.
• Compile and report on productivity data and performance metrics.
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to management.
• Act as a key member of the budget team.
• Collaborate with department leaders on operational improvement.
• Utilize financial systems for budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports using various data sources.
• Assist with monthly financial close processes.
• Create standardized reports and dashboards for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
