Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong quantitative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Support cost analysis, revenue projections, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial documents and data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
