Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a finance professional to prepare standard reports and metrics, extract data from SAP and Analysis for Office, and support reconciliations within a hybrid work model.

You will validate data for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles and assist with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and presentations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, Data Analytics or relevant field by start date.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance
• Extract data from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related systems
• Support reconciliations, variance explanations, and routine finance task
• Perform data validation in support of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
