Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the preparation of standard financial reports, extract data from SAP and Analysis for Office, and assist with reconciliations and routines across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.

You will validate data, support variance explanations, and help create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and presentations for leadership review, contributing to accurate financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, Data Analytics or relevant field and obtained by start date.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
• Experience creating basic presentations or financial visuals

Our Finance organization plays a critical role in enabling program execution, driving financial stewardship, and supporting the delivery of mission critical capabilities. Finance analysts work across functions-including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts-to support financial excellence and disciplined execution.

Analysts are responsible for performing foundational financial tasks, supporting data accuracy, preparing standard reports, and assisting senior team members. At this level, analysts are expected to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Relocation Eligibility

Hybrid : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
