TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Financial Analyst II to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. TQI is committed to pay equity and compliance with the Virginia Pay Transparency Act; we do not request or consider prior salary history when making employment offers.

Responsibilities:

• Execute financial management and funds allocation tasks, supporting both major information technology systems, including POR and non-POR.
• Contribute to the establishment and integration of sound financial business practices within the client’s financial systems.
• Identify potential challenges and devise strategic solutions through comprehensive analysis.
• Collaborate with functional specialists, automation experts, contractors, vendors, and clients to transform client requirements into efficient automated applications.
• Apply cutting-edge tools and methodologies to automate financial applications effectively, ensuring compliance with established accounting principles and practices.

This is an on-site full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Financial Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of specialized experience.
• Prior experience with the US Navy’s ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience within the DOD (Department of Defense) and DON (Department of the Navy).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
