Job summary

IPG is seeking a Financial Analyst II in Menasha, WI to support the Finance Department. The role focuses on consolidating reports, preparing month-end entries, and delivering accurate financial analyses for multiple North American locations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 2–4 years of FP&A experience, with strong Excel and ERP/SQL proficiency. It is an exempt salaried, full-time role with growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills and a proven ability to build complex financial models.
• Proficiency in Consolidation and ERP softwares, such as LV and JDE, preferred.
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting Systems, preferred.
• Experience with SQL, preferred.
• Must be results and deadline oriented with an ability to manage multiple assignments and work extended hours as dictated by the workload.
• A strong desire to professionally grow and the ability to enthusiastically embrace new challenges.
• Must be a team player with an ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consolidating reports, month-end journal entries, audit requests, scheduling, reoccurring meetings and providing regular system maintenance for companies various manufacturing locations across North America.
• Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations of business units
• Serves as primary point of contact for plant accounting staff.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports and ensures that financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to manager.
• Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Any and all financial analyst related tasks as directed by supervisor

Position Purpose: The Financial Analyst II will compile and analyze financial information integral to the core objectives and requirements of each department.
