The Department of Radiology is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join their Budget Team! The Financial Analyst II provides comprehensive budget, compensation, and financial reporting support for the Department of Radiology, with a primary focus on overseeing complex physician compensation structures and related financial reporting across the School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) and UW Health (UWH). This role manages budgets with multiple funding sources, supports extensive compensation tracking and required documentation, and responds to frequent, time-sensitive financial changes. The position develops short- and long‑term budget projections, conducts detailed financial analyses, prepares complex reports, and ensures compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
