Job summary

Arrow is seeking a Financial Analyst II to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, analyze results against forecast, and support forecasting and budgeting efforts. You will develop financial models and partner with Sales and Business Unit leaders to provide actionable insights.

The role is hybrid with office days on Tuesday through Thursday at Panorama Arrow Building in Denver, and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required; ability to work with accounting and finance teams for reporting.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deliver concise messages to management.

Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Analyze actual financial results versus forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes, including revenue, margin, operating expense, and working capital analysis.
• Develop financial models and business case analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, and Business Unit leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
• Assist with month-end close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support inventory, profitability, and working capital analysis.
• Enhance reporting effectiveness through process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

As allowed by applicable law, this role may need to perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter and year end requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work closely with various accounting and finance groups to support ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Key personal characteristics include motivation, proactive ownership of responsibilities, attention to accuracy, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, drive to meet deadlines and ability to deliver a clear/concise message to management based on facts and data.
• Team player who excels in collaborative environment, but also able to work independently with little supervision.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$69,600.00 - $84,999.99

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
