Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to partner with business stakeholders to define reporting, analytics, and BI requirements. You will design dashboards and data models using Power BI, Oracle, and Qlik, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

You will govern data quality, deliver AI-enabled insights, mentor the analytics team, and drive automation across the organization. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation and benefits and is based in Denver.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Data Management, or a related field with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or equivalent related experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and lead analytics initiatives across the organization.
• Advanced experience with BI and analytics platforms including Power BI, Oracle, SQL, cloud-based data environments, and data modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Copilot technologies, or predictive analytics to improve business insights and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to acquire, manage, and optimize enterprise data assets.
• Lead reporting priorities, project backlogs, stakeholder communications, and solution delivery.
• Drive automation, self-service analytics, AI adoption, and reporting innovation to improve business performance and decision-making.
• Establish reporting standards, KPI definitions, governance processes, and analytics best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to analytics and reporting team members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and lead analytics initiatives across the organization.

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from operational teams to executive leadership.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional priorities and delivering analytics solutions across multiple business areas and geographies.

• Advanced experience with Business Intelligence and analytics platforms including Power BI, Oracle, SQL, cloud-based data environments, and data modeling.

• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Copilot technologies, or predictive analytics to improve business insights and operational efficiency.

• Experience developing automated workflows, low-code applications, or business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform is a plus, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and executive-level recommendations.

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project leadership skills with experience managing reporting roadmaps, stakeholder expectations, and delivery commitments.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$102,900.00 - $115,115.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
