We have an exciting OH&B Financial Analyst opening within the BAE Systems Ship Repair Business Area headquartered in Norfolk, VA. This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager and will support the San Diego, Jacksonville, and Norfolk shipyards as the corporate OH&B Finance Analyst. The overhead rates and budgets analyst will work closely with cross-functional senior leader teams to gather relevant data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the various managed budgets. This position will also support development of forward pricing rates and forward pricing audits. This analyst will also need to be comfortable with compiling data for monthly reports including: Indirect rate performance, Temp labor fringe, Overhead rate forecast, G&A rate forecast, B&P rate forecast, and other ad hoc Excel modeling using multiple input sources for various scenarios.

Full-Time Salary Range: $47,400 - $80,600. This range is based on market pay structures and factors including local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
