Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with leadership, analyze monthly activity, and deliver timely forecasts. You will support month-end closes, prepare journal entries, and analyze accruals while driving continuous process improvement.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across the organization. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to analyze monthly activity and forecast.
• Investigate monthly variances with cross-functional teams.
• Close month-end tasks including journal entries and accruals.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and provide recommendations.
• Develop tools and models to inform internal customers.
• Collaborate with peers to standardize reporting and processes.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes.
• Manage rolling 18-month forecast preparation.
