Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in Quantico, Virginia seeks a Financial Analyst I to support audit remediations across PP&E, inventory and related assets, and the Acquire-to-Retire to Order-to-Cash cycles.

The role focuses on managerial accounting, audit coordination, and budget analysis using government and internal systems. Requires 5+ years Navy/MC experience, accounting coursework, and Excel proficiency; security clearance eligible; US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Navy/Marine Corps operations with financial management.
• At least 24 accounting-related credit hours and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with auditable opening balance and roll-forward reporting.
• Create desk guides, SOPs, and documentation for audit and controls.
• Provide ad hoc consultations and support for NFRs processes from discovery to remediation.
• Perform quality control reviews of stakeholder documentation.
• Monitor audit requests and coordinate responses to ensure timely submissions.
