The role emphasizes data analysis, standard reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are required, with limited prior experience anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills, including creating and managing pivot tables, data validation, and preparing accurate reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, verifying, and reconciling data for the Finance Operations Department.
• Assist with preparing financial operations reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Prepare various standard reports based on an established schedule.
• Assist with the monthly financial close process, which may include account reconciliations, variance analysis commentary, and system reconciliations.
• Conduct cost/benefit and breakeven analyses for various projects as assigned.
