Job summary

IFAS is seeking an experienced financial management support professional to assist with DWCF programs, funding packages, data validation in DISA systems, and spend plan maintenance. The role requires strong Excel skills, financial acumen, and experience producing reports and briefings for senior analysts.

You will contribute to monitoring burn rates, variances, unliquidated obligations, and supporting diverse team tasks in a dynamic, government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years in DoW financial management or equivalent.
• Experience producing financial packages, briefings, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional and administrative finance support for DWCF programs.
• Assist with funding packages, enter and validate data in DISA systems (FAMIS, Financial Dashboard).
• Update spend plans and reconcile books; monitor burn rates and ULOs under supervision.
• Create and QA briefs and spreadsheets for financial reporting.
