Job summary

CFS in New York is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team. You will consolidate data, analyze budgets, financial reporting, and ROI to support strategic decisions and improve profitability.

You’ll partner with Sales and operations to develop customer and product profitability insights, prepare quarterly royalty statements, and deliver ad-hoc analyses. Excellent Excel and SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or statistics.
• Minimum 5+ years of comparable analysis experience.
• Familiar with cost accounting concepts.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
• Ability to present results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting to senior management.
• Analyze financial reports for variances, KPI’s and provide feedback.
• Prepare and analyze customer and product profitability reporting.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly royalty statements and tax calculations.
• Work directly with the Sales organization during customer specific quote development for existing and potential new products.
• Generate ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Perform other support duties as assigned.
