Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills; Oracle Financials and HFM are preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and financial reports for plant operations.
• Analyze performance, gross margins, operating expenses, and variance analysis.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and leadership presentations.
• Track key metrics such as headcount, sales, backlog, and working capital.
