Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a finance analyst to perform basic-to-complex analyses to support departmental operating budgets, provider productivity benchmarking, and forecasting models. The role also covers ad hoc financial duties and collaboration with leadership.
The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent Excel/PowerPoint abilities, and experience navigating a healthcare financial environment. A Bachelor's degree is required with MBA preferred.
Performs basic-to-complex financial and business-related analyses to support departmental operating budgets and financial operations, provider productivity and benchmarking processes, business plans, forecasting models, and practice leadership. Ad hoc financial duties as assigned.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree is required
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years in a Healthcare Finance or Financial Environment
Preferred Education: Master's in Business Administration
Preferred Experience: Previous Experience in the Healthcare Industry
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
