Live! Casino Virginia is seeking a Financial Analyst to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, develop reports and visualizations, and provide analytics on financial and operational processes including forecasting, staffing, budgeting, operating costs, revenue, and Marketing programs.

The role focuses on supporting reporting for internal customers, evaluating promos, and enhancing data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of analytical reporting experience.
• 6 months gaming analytics experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting required.
• Experience with Tableau, Teradata, SAS Data Flux, or similar tools a plus.
• Basic SQL/Access knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain reporting for internal customers to meet requirements.
• Develop reports and analyze Marketing promotions and events.
• Re-create and enhance reporting using EDW as data source.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator with reporting and performance analytics.
• Assist with competitive intelligence, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Review SOPs and streamline processes for improvements.
• Assist with annual operating budget planning with department managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
