The role emphasizes data fluency, SQL, Power BI, and AI-assisted analysis, with involvement in monthly close, budgeting, and identifying efficiency improvements to support growth and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics.
• 1–2 years of financial analysis experience (internships count).
• Advanced Excel with lookups, pivot tables, and building models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized financial analysis and reporting for Marketing & Sales.
• Pull and shape data using SQL and Power BI / Fabric semantic models; use AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Own parts of the monthly close and reporting process for your business areas, explaining variances and trends.
• Perform financial analysis of new projects and growth opportunities.
• Assist with the completion of annual budget.
• Identify and lead process improvements that make reporting faster and more reliable.
