ClearPoint Search Group, LLC is partnering with a growing consumer products company in the south metro seeking a Sr. Financial Automation Analyst to join its finance team.

The role blends FP&A with data analytics, pricing, eCommerce, and marketing analytics, working closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership. You will interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience.
• Consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to turn complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills with the aptitude to learn new analytics, reporting, and data tools.
• Experience analyzing pricing, marketing metrics, consumer behavior, or competitive data is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning process.
• Develop financial analysis and insights for the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership team.
• Prepare and analyze executive and Board-level KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting.
• Identify business trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers behind financial performance.
• Lead revenue forecasting and analysis across eCommerce channels.
• Develop SKU-level revenue forecasts, including Amazon and other marketplace channels.
• Partner with Marketing on pricing strategy, promotional activity, product launches, and ROI analysis.
• Track marketing spend and evaluate effectiveness across products and campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that help leadership make faster, data-driven decisions.
• Monitor competitive pricing, advertising activity, product launches, and market trends.
• Improve financial reporting, analytics tools, processes, and forecasting capabilities.
• Participate in strategic and cross-functional projects throughout the organization.

This is a highly visible role partnering directly with the CFO, CEO, senior finance leadership, and SVP of Marketing. The position combines traditional FP&A with data analytics, pricing, eCommerce, marketing analytics, and executive-level decision support.

What You'll Do:
