Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to review and refine financial analyses that support client optimization and strategic decisions. You will partner with leadership, business development, and operations teams to translate data into action.

You will communicate financial insights to executives, support monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses, and develop leadership presentations using advanced Excel to summarize complex datasets for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in finance-related fields; healthcare is a plus.
• Strong financial reporting, modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Review and refine financial analyses to support client optimization, negotiations, and business decisions.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or a related field preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong financial reporting, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including data mining, financial modeling, and working with complex raw data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $68,600.00-$102,800.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
