Martin Marietta is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Kansas City Region to analyze, develop, and deliver automated solutions for financial controllership. You will work with division leadership to provide financial analysis and accounting activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, with a valid US driver’s license. You will train budget holders on forecasting techniques and support decision-making with data-driven insights.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Works with division leadership on a daily basis to provide financial analysis and accounting activities.
• Analyses data, identifies trends, determines findings, and provides recommendations.
• Works with senior level analysts and managers in financial controllership to monitors financial activities and transactions, assessing them for compliance, and reports any anomalies.
• Train budget holders on proper forecasting techniques and our forecasting/reporting systems.
• Educate budget holders on understanding the P&L and how operational KPIs impact the P&L and Working Capital.
• Proactively identify gaps in business processes or knowledge and work to close them.
• Perform variance analysis to identify errors and opportunities.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
• Ad hoc work as designated by the Finance Manager/Supervisor and Regional VP
