Summary

The team is seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst to support Microsoft’s partner incentives programs. This role involves deep financial analysis, investment assessments, and collaboration with key stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze company-wide partner incentives.
• Conduct financial analyses including P&L and investment assessments.
• Perform manual data analyses and support ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

• 10 overall years of experience in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 10+ years of experience with Excel
• 10+ years of experience with Power BI
• 10+ years of experience with data querying (e.g., SQL)
