Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance Analyst to support Sales Finance activities for the Regional Grocery customer base. You will analyze pricing, promotions, and trade spend, and help execute pricing actions and promotional plans.

The role involves preparing recurring reports, forecasting inputs, variance analysis, and maintaining models and trackers for accurate reporting. Collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams is essential to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Analytics, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, or related business support roles.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

• Solid PowerPoint and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Finance and Sales across the broader Regional Grocery customer base.
• Provide financial analysis of pricing, promotional activity, and trade spend.
• Support execution of pricing actions and promotional plans.

• Build and maintain models, trackers, and reporting files.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Support annual planning, forecast cycles, customer planning routines, and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain Joint Business Plan tracking and visibility into customer investments and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to accurately enter promotional events in relevant systems, including TPM/Compass.
• Support exception and funding request analysis and elevate issues appropriately.
