The team specializes in GP-led transactions including continuation vehicles, single- and multi-asset restructurings, and tender offers, as well as LP portfolio sales and fund interest transfers. Analysts work alongside senior bankers on live deals from origination through close. Responsibilities include building complex LBO models and fund-level waterfall models, supporting deal execution and due diligence on portfolio companies and GP managers, and preparing client materials such as CIMs and pitch books.
