Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain three-statement and LBO models.
• Support deal execution from origination through closing.
• Prepare CIMs, management presentations, and pitch books.
• Engage with GP clients and assist in deal processes.
• Track trends in private equity and the secondaries markets.
