The successful candidate will partner with executives to drive financial planning and performance, ensuring accuracy and timely insights for strategic decisions and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business field.
• 2+ years of analytical experience in budget development, financial modeling or project analysis.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial models and data.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech with executives and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Word for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for operating units and consolidations.
• Collect, organize and analyze data to develop financial projections.
• Maintain and enhance financial models for accuracy and scenario planning.
• Partner with leadership to inform decisions and provide finance support end-to-end.
• Prepare complex financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance & Treasury to implement best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and automation.
• Present forecasts and analyses to peers and senior leadership.
