Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver analytical support to national account teams by identifying pricing risks and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain and update centralized contract data within the ERP system; lead efforts to clean and organize GPO/IDN data.
• Analyze the financial impact of contracts and help streamline the contract management lifecycle.
• Design and manage Power BI dashboards to monitor real-time contract performance.
• Perform rebate and GPO payment calculations based on contract terms and accurate data interpretation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proper pricing and contract implementation across systems.
• Support RFI/RFP responses through data-driven financial analysis.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and decision-support tools as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or contract management; healthcare or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and ERP systems (QAD experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
