Job Summary :

Join our dynamic finance team as a Senior Financial Systems Support Specialist, working remotely across the US with availability between 8 to 5 PST. In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting our financial systems, ensuring seamless operational flow and participating in comprehensive UAT testing and documentation review for large-scale projects. Your ability to manage cross-functional communications to drive issue resolution and support new process designs will contribute significantly to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead support for finance system related issues, facilitating cross-departmental communications for swift resolutions.
• Participate in finance UAT preparation and test case reviews, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Consolidate large-scale project documentation to ensure continuity within the internal team.
• Provide ad-hoc support including internal roadmap coordination, financial analyses, and additional finance-specific UAT testing.
• Engage in new process design support, enhancing financial system efficiency and effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills :

• Expertise in SAP Products and financial systems
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to solve complex problems proactively and efficiently

Industry Experience :

• At least 10 years of experience in varying accounting or finance roles, preferably with experience in large-scale project management and familiarity with financial reports and end-to-end financial system flows.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
