Job description

OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst5 (onsite role).

Major Responsibilities

• Senior‑level role (8–10years experience expected) Master data cleanup and validation (profit centers, cost centers, data structures)
• Support migration from current SAP systems to S/4HANA
• Process mapping for finance workflows
• Analyze and understand existing data structures and flows
• Collaborate closely with FP&A, revenue accounting, and cross‑functional teams
• Execute daily financial reporting tasks (P&L, variance analysis)
• Build/modify dashboards and reports (PowerBI preferred)
• Strong SAP experience (ERP data structures, master data)
• Exposure to S/4HANA transition environments (experience helpful, not mandatory)
• Understanding of financial data flows and reporting systems (e.g., TM1/SACP transition exposure is a plus)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (PowerBI advantageous)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Hands‑on execution with strategic thinking capability

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, cost variance
• Understanding of core finance concepts (e.g., gross margin)
