Your Role on the Team

Position Summary

Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve moderately complicated financial issues. Works on financial services problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data by reviewing various factors.

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and service orientation skills; active listening, critical thinking, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability in high-volume environments, organizational skills, effective communication, sound judgment, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software.
• Essential skills, knowledge, and abilities for the role.
• Customer service skills appropriate to the position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Ability to maintain appropriate work pace.
• Effective team functioning and ability to establish and maintain relationships across the health system.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of financial processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of financial data management and reporting systems.
